Welcome to 5th Grade Reading

Welcome, Mrs. Struthers students, to fifth grade reading class. I will be update this page with important resources and information about reading projects we will complete during the year.

Students, you will need to familiarize yourself with the kids section of our class website. We will be using the website frequently in class. Anytime you see the banner below, you can click on it and it will bring you back to this page.

Classroom Supplies for Reading

For reading class you will need a red notebook. The notebook will be used for reading responses in class. It is very important that you only put reading assignments in your reading notebook.

Whole Group Reading Assignments

Our reading class will consist of a combination of whole group and small group assignments. I will post information about tests and projects that everyone is required to do here.
